Hand Sourced

We source Hop’s ingredients solely from the top food merchants in Calgary, who apply to join. Conducting our own collections to eliminate contaminants, our route is a second harvest for the finest local inputs.

Small Batch

We create Hop in 400-pound small batches, 1/30th the size of the standard industry load. Each daily blend gets its own unique recipe, to harmonize with the morning’s ingredients and ensure genuine quality for growers.
